After completing the feasibility study and carefully selecting the raw material, Fratelli Garletti is ready to face the practical working phase: the realisation of the die and of the equipment.
The most suitable machines for working each part are prepared in order to ensure the minimum tolerances set when designed. The company is equipped with a complete and cutting-edge machine tools able to meet the quality and size requirements of the parts to be obtained.
Fratelli Garletti is in a condition to support Customer Enterprises also in ordinary, scheduled and extraordinary maintenance operations of dies and equipment.

This working phase is carried out in the Tooling division.
